Sample Answer 1

In a previous internship role, our team was tasked with shifting from a traditional manual testing process to using automated testing tools. This was a significant change for the team. I proactively attended training sessions to familiarize myself with the new tools and also took it upon myself to set up mini knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues who were struggling with the transition. By collaborating closely and maintaining open communication, we were able to transition smoothly, and I gained valuable skills that benefited both my development and the team's efficiency.
